Delete from the app
Open mallo, go to Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before the deletion request is processed.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email rose100.official@gmail.com from the sign-in email address used for your mallo account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject.
What is deleted or anonymized
- Profile information and sign-in account link
- Notification token and account preferences
- Saved audio, vocabulary, learning history, and attached photos
- Voice messages and conversation records, deleted or anonymized where required for conversation integrity
Retention
Some records may be retained when required for payment verification, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or abuse investigation.
